The Interactive Effects of Changes in the President and Structural Differentiation on Administrative Reorganization

Previous researchers have ignored the effects of interaction between structural differentiation and changes in the president on reorganization. In the present research, I examined the interactions between two important variables, neglected in recent organizational studies, structural differentiation and changes in the president in their relationship with an important form of change, administrative reorganization. Results indicated that changes in the presidents and structural differentiation interact to significantly influence administrative reorganization.
